EULA - End User License Agreement

1. Unregistered software* : the unregistered EasyCom ActiveX control may be freely tried out for the purpose of developing applications. Deploying any application using the EasyCom ActiveX control requires registering. Holding the software for redistribution does not require registering. However, the distribution must be complete and with no modification.

2. Registered software* : a specific copy of the software may be used by one developer only. Redistribution of the registered development software to third parties (that is, disclosure of personal registration keys) is strictly prohibited. Redistribution of the registered software for use from your binary applications is authorized and free.

3. Registered or unregistered software : reverse-engineering and modifying the software is strictly prohibited. This software is produced by an independent software developer who has been working for a long time on this product and who needs to make a living. Don't make him starve. Thank you.

* : The Software is unregistered when the license has not (yet) been purchased. The Software is registered when the license has been purchased.
